WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

• Café brands with at least one physical outlet in Singapore serving coffee.
• Cafés must be operating when they register and when results are announced.
• One entry per brand, with multiple outlets participating together.
• Registration must be submitted or authorised by the café owner or an authorised representative.

All entries are subject to SCA verification and approval.

HOW TO REGISTER

Complete the participation form with your café details, contact information and requested brand materials by 20 October 2026, 11:59pm SGT.

Approved cafés will be listed on the Singapore Café Map and official voting platform.

HOW PUBLIC VOTING WORKS

The award is determined entirely by verified public votes, based primarily on coffee enjoyment, consistency and recommendation.

Each person may submit one ballot using a verified Singapore mobile number and select up to three different café brands. Each selection receives one equal vote.

• Online voting: 1 November 2026, 10am to 8 November 2026, 12:00 PM SGT.
• Onsite voting: During Singapore Coffee Week opening hours from 5 November until voting closes.
• Results: Announced at Singapore Coffee Week on 8 November 2026, approximately 5pm, subject to verification.

AWARDS & RECOGNITION

The café with the highest verified vote total will be named The Singapore People’s Choice Café Winner of the Year 2026 and receive:

• An official trophy, certificate and digital badge.
• Features on SCA and SCW platforms and inclusion in the media announcement.
• A complimentary individual booth at SCW 2027.

Other cafés recognised among Singapore’s Top 10 People’s Choice Cafés 2026 will receive:

• A trophy or certificate and digital badge.
• Features on SCA and SCW platforms.
• A complimentary counter or allocated space in the shared café pavilion at SCW 2027.

Exhibition benefits are subject to SCW 2027 taking place and applicable exhibitor requirements. Operating expenses remain the café’s responsibility unless expressly included. Tie arrangements follow the full Terms & Conditions.

ENCOURAGE GENUINE SUPPORT

Invite your customers and community to vote based on their experience of your coffee. Payments, gifts, discounts or other rewards in exchange for votes are prohibited. Purchased, fabricated or automated votes are not permitted.
